2. ​Give purpose and full details of proposed change. If any painting is required, attach paint color sample of paint to be used. All structural changes require a plot plan with a detailed scaled drawing of the proposed alteration. If submitting by mail, please limit the attachments to 8 1/2" by 11" and submit in duplicate.​

Additional notes:

• Prior to starting to build, building permits should be obtained from Anne Arundel County. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as a waiver of modifications of any said County restrictions.

• The Architectural Review Committee meets the first Monday of each month. Please submit the application at least one (1) week before the scheduled meeting. Typically applications take no longer than thirty (30) days to review. The Committee must respond to the applicant within sixty (60) days from receipt of the application, if the applicant does not receive a response from the Committee within the 60 days the applicant may proceed with the proposed work, providing ALL County approvals have been obtained.

• If mailed, a copy of the application will be returned to you after being acted upon by the Architectural Review Committee.

• Applicant may request a certificate of compliance upon completion, but is not required. Work as expressed herein must be completed within twenty-four (24) months of approval. Extenuating circumstances regarding completion should be brought to the attention of the Architectural Review Committee.
