Board & Committees

The affairs of the Association are managed by the Board of Directors and the Officers of the Association.

The three Board Members are Association-elected positions and serve staggered three-year terms. The Officer positions are Board-appointed and serve one-year terms. They are President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary, and any other Officer positions that the Board may from time-to-time establish. The President and Vice-President are always members of the Board of Directors.

The Board may also appoint Committees as deemed appropriate in carrying out its purpose.
